Safe Time can be used by recruitment agencies to manage on-site recruitment operations or enable recruiters to provide neutral vendor services in the market. Alternatively, it can also be used by companies who employ temporary labour to directly manage and coordinate the recruitment suppliers they use and monitor AWR compliance for the temps they employ.

The solution is cloud based and delivered via portals that cover the needs of the supplying agency, the hirer and the candidate.  The core features cover functionality that enables a user to create roles, define rates, define rules against rates, allows multiple agency suppliers to fill the roles, collect and authorise time data and then produce a single weekly consolidated invoice to the client for all agencies.
