Taking the IT issues away

Safe offer a variety of technology hosting solutions targeted at new and existing clients. They range from simple services to supplement the internal IT team, through to full technology hosting in our ISO 27001 data centre environment.

Managed upgrades
As part of the ongoing product development, Safe releases two upgrades per annum. One update is released in October, and the other in January. One of the services we can offer is to come on site and perform this system upgrade for you. This service is currently used by a number of our clients. These clients are happy to manage the technology on an on-going basis, but would like Safe to take responsibility at these important stages in systems management. If you are interested in this service please contact your account manager, or our help desk.

Technology hosting
Given the mission critical importance of our technology, some of our customers turn to Safe to completely host the applications at our data centre. In this situation Safe provide all the IT services and management, whilst the customer focuses on using the applications:
