Our web portal solutions are successfully used across the recruitment industry to support a range of organisations with the task of capturing time and expenses information into an electronic process.  These portals are now being joined by a range of mobile solutions for your client and workers to access information and processes directly from a mobile phone wherever they are. The mobile solution is due for release in Q1 2011.

e-timesheets
Within the worker portal we can capture electronic time in a variety of timesheet formats.  A worker inputs their time into Tempest worker portal, after which they can then either push the timesheet through an electronic authorisation process, or print it out for the client to sign in a traditional paper format. When paper based is used, clients sign a final form, which is then sent into a fax server. Our clients can therefore choose from or mix complete or part electronic time capture.  Once time is entered into our worker portal by the worker, which ever route you choose, you do not need to enter the time again.

e-time also supports statement of work packages, which is the definition of tasks that workers are paid against, as opposed to the time they have been working.

e-expenses
Electronic expenses also reduce a paper trail for an organisation, reducing margin for error and carbon footprint. In a similar fashion to e-timesheets, your workers log into our worker portal and input their expenses, which can then be sent over to the client portal for authorisation and ultimately payment.

Mobile solutions
As part of the portal technology, we also support mobile devices, thus enabling workers and client authorisers to be able to access and process information on the move.  e-time can be captured via a mobile device and authorised from anywhere in the world by an authorised user 24/7.  The same can also be said for expenses and getting access to information such as WTR holiday pay details, e-payslips and other key worker and client data.
