On-line services for your clients

By developing experience in providing software solutions to the recruitment industry, typically companies with large and complex payrolls, Safe have become industry experts. However this is no longer just recruitment software, as Safe have engineered products to suit companies with a payroll from 100 to tens of thousands. Our client portal forms part of the web based solution, and allows you to deliver on-line services directly to your clients.

Services our customers deliver via this portal include:

• on-line queries about timesheets, invoices and credit notes
• timesheet authorisation
• expenses authorisation
• view invoice history
• view authorised timesheets
• create new vacancies – a front office exclusive

Workers and clients can also access this information via our mobile applications, which have been developed to work on any mobile device web browser.  The example in these pictures is usig an i-phone 4, but has been fully testing on a range of mobile web browsers and operating systems.

If you are utilising our finance or credit control functionality, additional functionality can also appear in the portal, including:

• view on-line statements
• review outstanding invoices
• make 'promise to pay' commitments
