Account management

Making and keeping our customers happy

Each Safe customer is assigned an account manager, who is responsible for the ongoing business relationship, ensuring continued mutual benefit. Our account managers conduct regular meetings with our customers for the life of the relationship. Regular meetings with our dedicated account managers provide our customers with continuity, and an efficient communications channel. These regular appointments will be to keep the customer abreast of new product developments and review previous support activity, to ensure we are achieving our ‘business partnership’ goals.

Supplementing the account management process, Safe hosts periodic seminars, user forums and conferences. These aim to inform, educate and discuss topical issues which may affect day to day business for our clients. These events also give our customers valuable networking opportunities with comparable industry peers. The Safe team gathers feedback at such events to help focus future product development.

Our web site offers both existing and prospective customers a wealth of information. In addition to our open content, existing customers, via login, can view and download product literature, release notes and training guides.
