Safe's implementation and project management methodology has been refined over the years to provide successful deployment of our software solutions. 

It has evolved from practical experience gained from a history of successful projects. We do not enforce a particular methodology on our clients - a partnership is developed and the methodology which best suits each company needs is used.

Plan-Implement-review

Project managers will co-ordinate all implementations and training programs for all elements of the project including: 

• budget control
• resource management
• quality assurance
• risk/issue monitoring and resolution 

They work closely with the application consultants, developers and training and support personnel to ensure continuity to any project. In simple terms we adopt a cyclical approach of plan-implement-review at all stages of a project and this, in conjunction with monitoring project progress against a carefully constructed schedule, ensures timely delivery.
